FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM THAILAND TO ALL DESTINATION ON ORDERS OVER US$100

Default setting to all destinations is standard shipping. However, if you would like to have your product shipped with express service, please inform us to find you best rate and arrange shipment.

We always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND CHARGES

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.

Please note that these policies and fees differ from country to country. We are sorry that we are incapable of giving you any advice on such issues and additional charges.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

RETURN AND REFUND
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item, and ship back within 14 days.

Return conditions
– The returned item should be unused in its original condition and package.
– No refund or return for custom orders.
– Shipping cost will not be refunded.
– Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

After we receive the product and inspect it, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take upto 45 days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
